A locked founding rate
Held for a defined period after opening, at a price published before anyone is asked to commit.
Priority booking
Founding members get the booking window ahead of general members. On a four-court club, that's the benefit that matters most.
First into the leagues
Founding leagues and ladders fill from this list first.
A real say
Hours, programming, how open play is organised, whether we add pickleball. We'll ask you, and we'll show you what the answers were.
Named at the club
Founding members are recognised at the club permanently.

- Refund policy, once counsel has reviewed it
- Deposit amount, if there is one
- Whether deposits sit in escrow, and with whom
We'll publish all of this before we take any payment — and today we aren't taking any.
Why the list matters more than it looks.
Every landlord and every lender asks a new club the same question: can you prove anyone wants it? A serious list of local people who want to play is the answer. Adding your name moves this from a plan toward a building — that isn't a marketing line, it's how the financing works.
Everything you tell us on the form goes into deciding where the club is, when it opens, and what it costs. That is not a figure of speech.

- The site process is live across the DC metro area. When it's signed, this list hears first.
- Every image on this site is a labelled concept rendering. None of it is a photograph of a finished facility.
- The opening date follows the site, so we'll give you one we can stand behind rather than one that slips.
- Joining is free. We are not taking payment, and nothing here is a purchase or a reservation.
- Founding pricing, benefits and terms will be published in full before anyone is asked to commit — and you'll opt in again, deliberately.
